Common House Richmond will host a family-friendly brunch and a special reading in the Social Hall as we host The Martin Agency for the launch of their new children’s book: “Princess & The Pea-tition.”

The team behind “Now Upon a Time,” is proud to announce the release of this contemporary reimagining of the classic fairytale. “Princess & The Pea-tition” is authored by Kim Nguyen, Creative Director at The Martin Agency, and illustrated by renowned artist, Libby VanderPloeg. The enchanting story delivers a powerful, non-partisan message about the importance of democracy, the value of questioning unreasonable systems, and the significance of using one’s voice in elections.

Kim and Libby will both be onsite to introduce us to the book and sign copies available for purchase. Additionally, we’ll be offering on-site voter registration in partnership with When We All Vote, a nonpartisan organization that exists to help folks register to vote and exercise your freedom of choice.
